Grown at altitude in China’s high mountains, where cooler air and slower growth give the leaf its delicate character, our highland oolong is traditionally hand-picked and gently oxidized. The result is a smooth, naturally sweet cup — soft notes of orchid and toasted honey, without the bitterness of lowland-grown tea.

High-mountain oolong has long been prized in Chinese tea tradition for exactly this reason: altitude slows the leaf down, and a slower leaf makes a gentler cup. It’s a quiet companion to the rest of your Moon Rabbit ritual, steep it in the evening as your skin rests under a Glow mask, or simply slow down with it on its own.

Steep 3–4g of leaves in water just off the boil (90–95°C) for 3–5 minutes. Re-steep up to 3 times, adding 30 seconds with each infusion.
